Why purchase a paid version of Routely?
The free trial version of Routely does not have a trial duration, however there is a limit of 20 clients / customers on the free version. If you plan on using Routely to manage your pool service route, most pool companies typically opt to pay for a monthly subscription. You’ll get access to advanced features, receive training and support and be able to run unlimited customers / clients in your database.
Can I cancel my subscription any time?
A subscription to Routely runs month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. Your subscription will be active until your next months renewal date and you’ll still have access to the Routely software during that timeframe. Cancelling your subscription will prohibit your access to the Routely software after your cancellation date takes effect.
How safe is my data?
All of your customer / client data along with your file uploads are stored safely in the cloud and backed up multiple times each day. Our robust SAACS (Software as Cloud Service) server allows for many simulatenous connections and has a 99.999% average uptime. Data connections are encrypted both on the website as well as the web application by 128 bit secure socket layer encryption.
How do I add multiple user subscriptions?
Simply order more subscriptions for as many accounts as you’ll need. Each user you add to your company database will require a monthly subscription. Some quick price modeling: For a typical size pool company with 4 field technicians and 1 scheduler you would need 5 total account subscriptions. $40 x 5 = $200 per month to run a complete end-to-end operating system for managing your pool company. Now you can either subscribe here as many times for as many subscriptions as you’ll require. If ordering more than 10 account monthly subscriptions for 10 uers or more you’ll qualify for Enterprise volume pricing.
